We all know that stress is no good for any of us at the best of times but during your pregnancy you need to do everything possible to help reduce the amount of stress on you and your baby. We have compiled a list of the top 5 way to help you reduce stress during your pregnancy.

Get enough sleep & Rest

When you are pregnant it is important to look out for the signs of exhaustion and really listen to your body. If you are feeling tired do not feel guilty for taking a nap in the middle of the day. It is also important to make sure that you are setting a regular routine and going to bed early. This way your body starts to adapt to getting the additional sleep that it needs.
